Terms & Conditions – Red Crab Beach Resort

Welcome to Red Crab Beach Resort. By booking a stay with us, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Cancellation Policy 🔑✅❌

• All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid payment method.

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made 4 to 6 days before check-in will be eligible for a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 4 days before check-in or no-shows are non-refundable.

• The hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking at its sole discretion without providing an explanation. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

2. Check-in & Check-out 🛎️✅

• Check-in time: 1:00 PM

• Check-out time: 11:00 AM

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Resort Timings🕗

✅Restaurant Timings:

• Breakfast: 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM

• Lunch: 12:30 PM – 3:00 PM

• Evening Snacks: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM

• Dinner: 9:00 PM – 11:00 PM

✅Room Service Timings:

• Available from 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM & 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM

✅Housekeeping Timings:

• Daily service available from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Additional housekeeping services upon request (subject to availability).

✅Beach Access Timings:

• Morning Access: 6:00 AM onwards

• Night Access: Allowed till 10:00 PM

• Guests are advised to avoid swimming or venturing too far into the beach for safety reasons.Please follow local beach access rules and avoid visiting the beach after drinking. Thank you! 🙏

4. Swimming Pool Policy 🏊

• Pool hours: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM & 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• Guests must shower before entering the pool.

• Proper swimwear is mandatory. Cotton clothes, jeans, and non-swimwear fabrics are not allowed.

• Running, diving, or rough play in and around the pool area is strictly prohibited.

• Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

• The resort reserves the right to deny access to the pool to any guest for safety reasons.

5. Dress Code for Pool 🩱

• Only proper swimwear such as swimsuits, swim trunks, rash guards, and bikinis are allowed.

• Transparent, revealing, or inappropriate attire is not permitted.

• Guests failing to adhere to the dress code will not be allowed to use the pool.

6. Pet Policy 🐱🐶🐕🐈‍⬛🐾

• Pets are allowed in designated pet-friendly rooms only.

• Guests must inform the hotel in advance if they are bringing a pet.

• Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool, food service areas, or shared indoor spaces.

• Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

• Any damage caused by pets will be charged to the guest.

7. Food & Beverage Policy 🥤🥗🍔🍗🍟🥓

• Outside food and liquor are strictly prohibited.

• The hotel has an in-house restaurant providing a variety of meals and drinks.

• Guests found consuming outside food or alcohol in hotel premises may be asked to discard the items or leave without a refund.

8. Conduct & Resort Rights 📝

• Guests must maintain decorum and respect fellow guests and staff.

• Any guest found creating a nuisance, indulging in illegal activities, or violating resort policies will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.

• The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its discretion.

9. Liability & Safety 👮🏻‍♂️

• The hotel is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings.

• Guests are responsible for their own safety while using hotel facilities.

• Any damages caused to hotel property by a guest will be chargeable.

10. Privacy Policy 🔏

• As per government regulations, all guests must provide valid ID proof at check-in.

• The resort collects and stores guests' ID proofs as required by law.

• The provided ID information may be shared with local authorities if required for legal or security purposes.

• The resort ensures that personal data is handled securely and is not used for any unauthorized purposes
